How do I return a website order?
Customer must call for Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before returning any merchandise. All returns must be packaged so contents will not be damaged in shipping, with shipping prepaid (no C.O.D.'s accepted) and must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. Special orders are prepaid and no returns accepted.

How do I return items picked up at Agaso HQ?
Return a purchase to Agaso HQ please call in advance to schedule a return time. Please contact us to return the item.

What about defective or faulty items?
We stand behind all of our products. If your item is defective or flawed, and you've had it for fewer than 30 days, simply contact us to return the item. Defective or faulty products can be returned with a valid proof of purchase invoice within 30 days of the order delivery or HQ pickup date.
