The Dana 20 transfer case is one of the most over-engineered and indestructible units ever made. If you are looking for the highest quality and most complete kit on the market to rebuild it, this is it.

This kit is comprehensive using the finest parts available. Japanese or US bearings with National or Timken seals. It also contains new indent springs, balls, and shift-rail end-caps most others leave out as well as the factory style, double lip output shaft seal other kits replace with a single.

Our American made intermediate shafts are made by Novak from triple-alloy gear steel and case-hardened. It is the strongest and hardest shaft available for the D20. It also features O-ring grooves at both ends, assuring a better seal than factory.

The billet end cap can be purchased separately and allows you to set backlash internally and seal to the case with an o-ring. No more leaks through the factory shims.
